Right in front of you, there is a door to the bathroom.

Kyiv communal services often fail to provide hot water in case of planned repair works or breakdowns. To keep our guests warm, we have a boiler that will heat up the water - just plug it in, there is no need to regulate anything.

Next to the boiler, there is a towel drier - plug it in, and your towels will remain warm and dry. Right under the towel drier, there is a switch to ventilation.

You are welcome to use the washing machine. We have prepared a pack of washing powder, please check next to the machine. The machine does not speak much English, so we have translated its control panel for you:

Please do not throw tissue, litter or any other non-flushable items into the toilet: our toilet monster gets upset and may eventually clog the pipes.
