Can I check in earlier?

We can offer earlier check-in if the apartment is available in the morning. We normally know the arrangement for your check-in date on the evening before your arrival.

Even if we cannot offer you to check in earlier, you are welcome to drop your luggage and take the keys starting from 14:00, and then check in at 15:00 or any time later.

Can I check out later or store my luggage?

Same as before - we are happy to offer you a late check-out if it is available. We will know the arrangement for you check-out date on the evening of your departure and will let you know at once.

If we can offer you only our standard check-out time at 12:00, it will be possible to leave your luggage in the apartment until 13:00.

Can I have additional cleanings?

We try our best to prepare the apartment for you and to supply you with everything you might need, including complimentary toiletries. You can book additional cleanings at a cost of $17 (payable in any major currency). If you wish to book one, just let us know stating your preferred time.

What is the best place to exchange money?

There are plenty of exchange points around the city and close to the apartment. In general, try to avoid the exchanges in the airports and around Khreschatyk Street - the rates are targeted at naive tourists are significantly lower.

If you order our airport transfer, you can let us know in advance the amount you would like to exchange, and our driver will deliver Ukrainian hryvnias to you at the best possible market rate. We accept USD and EUR.

How safe is the apartment and Kyiv in general?

Having lived in various countries around the world, I heard plenty of stories about Ukraine. I am quite sure that once you are in Kyiv you will realise that people are friendly, the city, and especially the central part, feels safe and actually much safer than many places in London or New York.

The apartment is reachable through several doors, which are normally locked, so I would say it is as safe as you can get.
