You can find a card with wifi details next to TV in the living room. For your convenience it has a QR code with all the details pre-set.

How to resolve wifi issues:

Normally, internet works fast with a high uptime. However, in case of problems, please:

1. Find the router underneath the TV set

2. Switch it off using the button ON/OFF in the back

3. Take the plug physically out of the socket and then plug it back

4. Switch the router ON
